Our Mission
The Hope PTA will create programs that support every child's character, creativity and confidence while strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers.
As you
know, California has been cutting the education budget for many years now.
This year is no different. The parents and teachers of Hope Elementary School
believe that education includes the addition of music, art, physical education,
dance and other programs. Whenever the Carlsbad Unified School District has
had to make budget cuts into our curriculum, the PTA has stepped up and raised
the difference. Now we find our selves with the responsibility of funding
programs that total close to $50,000.00 for this school year.

us in keeping these great subjects at Hope.
The main source of Hope PTA's budget comes from fundraising and membership dues.
